This 6 week strength and conditioning camp will be open to ALL FEMALE ATHLETES of highschool and
middle school. All athletes will be trained using proper techniques and safety during exercises. Middle school
and incoming freshmen will utilize body weight exercises. (Pull ups, burpees, push-ups, squats). High school
athletes will train to build strength and explosiveness.
Following strength and conditioning, Volleyball will have a 2 hour camp in the gym. Athletes who play other
sports will meet with their coach to train in that sport.
Payment and Waiver Form are REQUIRED before Student can participate
Waiver Form ** Please make sure to bring signed waiver on 1st day of participation

July: 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25

10:00 -12:00 pm Volleyball camp (Convocation Center)
